Shipping
Delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to ensure that transport companies comply with them whenever possible.
Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each and every product offered.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. Within the following 2 days, the professional customer or distributor must verify the products upon receipt and present any objections that may exist, with the legally established deadline applying to consumers and users.
Special delivery services
In the case of requesting delivery of material on Saturday, the shipping costs will be of a special nature and the amount thereof will be detailed for acceptance by the client prior to confirmation of any order.
This service has certain restrictions and conditions:
- Maximum order weight: 15 Kg.
- Deliveries will be made according to the service conditions of the corresponding transport agency with delivery on Saturday.
- Service area: Peninsular Spain.
These same conditions will apply in cases where the customer selects the EXPRESS Delivery option.
Delay in delivery
In the event of failure to comply with the agreed delivery period, the compensation to be paid will consist of the return of the postage paid by the customer, provided that they have been paid.
Failure to comply with the delivery deadline will not be considered to be caused by absence or change of address of the recipient, unknown recipient or address, non-payment of postage, requests or refunds, closure for vacation, late delivery on a second delivery attempt, force majeure or fortuitous event and other causes not attributable to the transport company.
Transport incidents
The professional client or distributor will have 2 days from delivery to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that should be included in the included products is included, with the legally established period applying to consumers and users.
After these 2 days for professionals or distributors, the shipment will be considered accepted and claims for defects or errors with the shipment will not be accepted.
If the packaging is in poor condition, the deadline for notifying us is 24 hours.
If you receive a product damaged during transport, it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours so that we can file a claim with the transport company. It is also advisable to notify the transport company.
Return conditions
Returns will only be accepted for unopened material in perfect condition, as delivered, within 14 calendar days of receipt, which must be communicated in writing, with shipping costs borne by the professional client or distributor, and without costs for the final consumer or user.
Regarding returns from professionals or distributors, these will be processed as commercial returns, since there is no law regulating return rights between companies, and these procedures are regulated according to the conditions of Mundo Zeta.
Regarding returns from professionals or distributors, returns of the following products will not be accepted:
- Those that have a broken factory security seal.
- Products considered high volume.
- Digital Licenses.
- Software that requires activation to operate.
Regarding consumer or user refunds, Mundo Zeta will refund the sums paid by the consumer and user without withholding any expenses. The refund of these sums must be made within 14 calendar days from the date on which the consumer and user was informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
These conditions do not invalidate the right to warranty or exchange defective products. Mundo Zeta reserves the right to refuse a return if any anomaly is detected in the returned product.
Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. Said refund will be made using the same payment method that the customer used at the time of purchase. In the case of returns of products with a gift or promotion, a complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be required in order to proceed with the refund.
Warranties
The warranty period for all products will be determined by each manufacturer. You can consult this information at any time in the My Account / Warranty Management / RMA section.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and/or handling of the product other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or operation. The following are therefore excluded from the warranty:
- Defects and damage caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use.
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person
- Incorrect software/hardware configuration, by the client, of a computer, component or peripheral.
- Incorrect software/hardware configuration or equipment failure caused by a component added by the customer.
- Computer virus infection, by the client, in computers, hard drives or diskettes containing drivers or additional software.
Validity
These conditions will come into force on 01/01/2022.
In any case, the existing conditions published at the time of purchase will apply to the customer.
Any variation of these conditions will be published prior to their entry into force.
